30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for either the monthly or the yearly Atelier Pass — no qualifying conditions. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your paid period.
How to request a refund
Email concierge@gracefulapp.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll process your refund within two business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from your membership page or via the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your paid period.
Duplicate or accidental charges
We refund duplicate or accidental charges in full, no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Service unavailability
If a verified outage prevents access for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated credit through the same channel above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most concerns the same day.
